Our story
How It All Began
Our story began over ten years ago at The Chart House in Melbourne. Shannon worked at the host stand, Sam started as a busser, and before long they were training together as servers.
From the beginning, there was a connection. What started as friendship quickly became one of the most important relationships in their lives. Through new jobs, life changes, beach days, mixtapes, and countless adventures, they were always there for each other. The kind of friendship where you never have to think twice about who you're calling first. Although the spark was always there, the timing wasn't. It wasn't until April 2021 that they finally had the chance to see where that connection could lead. What had been growing for years naturally turned into something more.
Over the next six years they built a life together filled with laughter, meaningful moments, and the kind of partnership they had both been looking for. Then, on a quiet sunrise morning at their favorite beach, Sam asked Shannon to spend forever with him.
